  Rewind Wellness is a safe, inclusive space for holistic healing in Red Deer, Alberta—where we support your wellness journey by restoring the gut-brain connection and creating balance across mind, body, and soul. Our approach emphasizes gut health, digestive wellness, and stress relief, using integrative therapies that honor your body’s natural ability to heal. 

  My path to creating Rewind Wellness began after a decade working as a registered nurse in emergency care. During that time, I witnessed the limits of conventional medicine—where symptoms are treated, but the root causes are often overlooked. That experience inspired me to reimagine what healthcare could look like: more personalized, more empowering, and more holistic. 

  With certifications in advanced neurovascular colon hydrotherapy and training in holistic nursing, I now support clients struggling with chronic digestive issues, inflammation, burnout, and nutrition-related imbalances. My work blends evidence-based care with complementary therapies—helping you address not just physical symptoms, but emotional and energetic ones too.
