With I-ACT Instructor certification and advanced neurovascular colon hydrotherapy skills and training in holistic nursing, I support clients struggling with chronic digestive issues, inflammation, burnout, and nutrition-related imbalances. My work blends evidence-based care with complementary therapies, so we address not just physical symptoms, but emotional and energetic ones too.

My path to creating Rewind Wellness began after a decade as a registered nurse in emergency care. I saw the limits of conventional medicine, where symptoms get treated but root causes are often overlooked, and it inspired me to reimagine what healthcare could look like: more personalized, more empowering, and more holistic.
